We have compiled a series of common questions and answers to help navigate this new method of getting your vegan essentials quick and easy. Please check it out and let us know if you have any other questions.

Where are you located?
  • We operate under Vejii Inc in the US, a Delaware based corporation. We have various warehouses throughout the United States and our parent company Vejii Holdings Ltd in British Columbia, Canada corporation.
Why is there an international charge listed on my account?
  • As our parent company is Canadian, in some cases there may be a small international fee that applies however please note we are looking to have this updated so that this will not apply in the future.
Where do you ship?
  • Currently, we ship everywhere in the US except for Hawaii and Alaska. To our Canadian friends, we are looking to expand to Canada in the coming year, stay tuned! 🙂
Is everything on your site vegan?
  • Yes, all the products on our site are vegan and animal cruelty-free 🙂
Will my order come in 1 shipment?
  • We do work with various warehouses, depending on the product and stock levels, this can result in us sending you more than 1 shipment.  As we get tracking details, we will notify you which product was sent out and the tracking #.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
  • Our express items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Items from 3rd party warehouses ship within 3-7 business days
  • You can expect an e-mail confirmation from us with your tracking details as soon as we receive these details for each item.
What are your shipping costs?
  • We offer free shipping on your order with a spend of $75 or more. Anything under $75 is a flat rate of $8.99 per order.
How do cold or frozen items get shipped?
  • Each item shipped will be shipped per each manufacturer’s protocol to ensure your item gets to you in the condition it needs to. If there are any delays from our couriers or anything that has impacted the condition of your product upon arrival, please contact our customer care team.
Can I change the shipping name or location of where this item is being sent after it has been sent?
  • Typically once an order is out with a courier, we don’t have the ability to make these adjustments however our Customer Service team is always here to support and double-check if there are any options we have for you. My product arrived damaged or not in a satisfactory condition:

I got an email that my order was complete however I haven’t received my product?
  • Not to worry, we only mark your order complete when it’s been shipped out as this marks the completion of our role in the order. You would have also been emailed your tracking details at this stage.
Can I modify my order after it's submitted?
  • It depends on the product you ordered. Any product that comes from our warehouse can be easily modified however the product ordered from our vendors won’t allow us to modify an order once its submitted. Is it true you price match?
  • Yes absolutely! Reach out to our customer care team, send us a website link of the same product that shows the pricing and we’ll take care of you!
Do you have gift cards?
  • Yes, we are happy to confirm that we do offer gift cards. These are eco-friendly and will go straight to a recipient of your choice’s inbox with a message of your choice. I signed up for your promotion, why didn’t I get the details by email?

I placed an order, why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
  • We always send you a confirmation email right after you place an order. Please make sure you gave us the correct email. Additionally, please also check that our email didn’t go to your junk folder. We always encourage customers to mark us as a safe sender so there are no issues in getting our emails. I’m having issues logging into my account on your website, how do I fix this?
Do I have to have a subscription or membership to order from your site?
  • No, the profile you create doesn’t require a subscription or membership. When you order a product from us you get points each time that gets added to your profile! Every 100 points you get = $2 towards your next order.
How do your points work?
  • Create a profile with us on our website or at checkout. You will earn two Vejii Reward points for every dollar you spend. For example, spend $100 and you will get $2 off your next purchase!
