DIY Plant Burger is a plant-based meat replacement dry blend. Each pouch makes enough to replace 2 lbs of ground meat. Just mix with water and oil, set aside for 5 minutes and its ready to cook!
1. Empty entire pouch into large mixing bowl. 2. Fill Pouch with water up to the dotted water line (540 mL). 3. Once filled, add oil up to the dotted line (90 mL). 4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until even, cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes. 5. Form into 1/4 lb patties or desired size. 6. Cook for 1 minute on each side on medium-high heat. Serve with your favorite burger toppings. *Once mixed, keep refrigerated. Cook and consume within 3 days.
Use it in a variety of recipes to replace ground meat.
