They say food tastes better when enjoyed in good company! This “Holiday Centerpiece” is made with white miso and dry-rubbed with peppercorns and herbs and makes for a delicious feast that will leave everyone with full bellies and happy hearts.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly oil The Pardon and place in the center of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add 1 cup white wine or vegetable stock, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more and until internal temperature is 165 F (minimum). When done, let the Pardon rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve!
