Ingredients

1 Cup Cooked Rice

2 Tbsp Cane Sugar

4 Tbsp Tamari

1/2 Container Just Eggs

4 Slices Omn!Pork Luncheon

2 Sheets Nori Seaweed

Instructions

In a bowl, combine eggs with 1 Tbsp of tamari and 1 Tbsp of sugar.

Mix remaining tamari and sugar and set aside to use it as a dipping sauce.

Cook eggs with oil and once cooked transfer to a cutting board and cut into rectangles.

In the same pan, cook Omn!Pork until crispy.

Cut nori sheets horizontally in half and lay one half horizontally on a cutting board with the shiny side down.

With your hands, tightly pack about ¼ cup of rice in the middle of the nori strip in the shape of the Spam.

Add one slice of cooked luncheon to the top of the rice followed by one piece of egg.

Fold in the nori paper, dampen your fingers, and wet nori to secure it, repeat and enjoy with tamari dipping sauce!
