Smoked Tempeh & Ranch Pasta Salad

Get ready, it’s pasta salad season. The spring and summer is the perfect time to start making cooler dishes that are filling and refreshing. This quick and easy smoked tempeh & ranch pasta salad will surely become a go-to for picnics or meal prep that you can keep stocked in the fridge all week. You can even top it off with some vegan cheddar cheese shreds if you want to take it to the next level.

Smoked Tempeh & Ranch Pasta Salad



  • Large Bowl
  • Medium pot 


  1. Salt and boil a pot of water according to the pasta package 
  2. Cook pasta according to package
  3. Drain and cool the pasta in the fridge
  4. Cut up 4 smokey maple bacon tempeh into small bite-size pieces.
  5. Cook the tempeh in a skillet on medium/high heat, until browned & set aside
  6. Chop up tomatoes, broccoli, kale, and green onion
  7. Once the pasta has cooled, add to a large bowl with the tempeh, veggies, and coat with vegan ranch dressing 
  8. Enjoy!
